No, However we strive to book your property and increase your revenue all the time. This includes bookings for far out period. Hence we would want minimum 1 month notice to sort out the bookings which was already generated .

At the end of each month you will get a booking statement and payment will come directly to your bank account. We will send you an invoice for our payments.

Yes ,However please notify early and your requested days should not overlap with an already generated booking.

Damages will be claimed (Up to 450 NZD) from the guests if the guest had caused the damages. Normal wear and tear and breakages will have to be maintained at owners insurance.
